Emiliana is a Chilean winemaker that has gained global recognition for her pioneering work in sustainable winemaking. Her wines are not only delicious but also environmentally conscious, using organic and biodynamic farming practices to produce high-quality grapes that are transformed into some of the finest wines in the world.

Her dedication to sustainable agriculture began in the early 1990s when she began to research and experiment with natural and organic farming techniques. After several years of trial and error, she established Emiliana Vineyards in 1998 and has now become one of the largest organic and biodynamic wineries in the world.

This Chardonnay, Roussanne blend shows on the nose predominant notes of white fruits and apricots in addition to aromas that recall citrus and spices. Medium-bodied on the palate, it offers a creaminess that comes from the aging on its lees and, at the same time, a vibrant acidity that grants it length, persistence, and freshness.

Ideal with fish curry or a roast chicken dinner.
