Lawson’s Dry Hills are the makers of 3 Wooly Sheep, with grapes sourced from a number of vineyard sites right across the spectrum of soil types. On the nose it is an intense mix of fruit characters, passion fruit, lemon, gooseberry and melon with notes of lime and capsicum. The palate has a crisp acid backbone and wonderful length.
