A table beer with a European twist. Pilsner malt and German Ale yeast result in clean, light, crisp beer. The noble Hallertau Mittelfrh hop gives a fine floral and slightly spicy aroma, whilst dry hopping with Hallertau Blanc brightens things up with sharp gooseberry, grape and wine like characters.
