This new addition to the Causeway Collect has been hugely anticipated given the success of last years releases of the Malaga and Moscatel cask finishes. This 1995 Single Malt spent 10 years in Oloroso sherry and Bourbon casks before been recasked in 2006 into Marsala casks and left to quietly mature for 15 years. Bottled in 2021 at cask strength, this whiskey has intense aromas of dried fruit and spice, with flavours of caramel, ginger and black coffee. One for the collector or someone who enjoys the finer things in life.
