Although Châteauneuf-du-Pape is famous for producing top class full bodied red wines, they also produce some outstanding white wines. This is a stylish white wine made with equal parts Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, Bourboulenc, Roussanne, and Clairette varieties. It has inviting, warm, spicy aromas. The full-flavoured palate suggests poached pears and white peaches and a long, lifted finish. It is bottled early to retain its freshness.
