This exceptional whiskey has been finished in only eight speciality casks from the lost Port Mourant Estate Distillery in Guyana. Casks that previously nurtured an incredibly rare 41 year old Demerara Rum from the world’s last surviving double wooden pot still.

Stewed fruits, candied orange, verging on marmalade, with hints of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and luxurious rum ice cream.
