A bright yellow colour with delicate green tones. On the nose there are sweet aromas of white flowers, peach and tropical fruit harmonised with butter and toasted bread. Intense but fresh in the palate with a good acidity and body that results in a balanced and persistent wine.

Food Matching: Certainly big enough for strong flavours and would be perfect with seared or roast shellfish like lobster and scallops or simply roast chicken.
