FYI is a mouth watering wine made from a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah. It is bright cherry red in colour with aromas of ripe blackcurrants, black cherries and a hint of balsamic. It’s short  time in American Oak brings flavours of cocoa and vanilla. A great wine on it’s own or roast lamb.
