This small, family-owned winery in Cafayate, specialises in Torrontes, Malbec, Tannat and red blends from 45-50 year old vineyards which are amongst the highest in the world at 1900m above sea level.

The region’s diverse climate, characterized by warm days and cooler nights, allows the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while retaining vibrant acidity. The soils, rich in clay and limestone, contribute to the complexity and depth of the wine

On the nose, notes of cherry, red apple, fresh plum and thyme. The palate is is fresh and fruity with vibrant flavours of plum and strawberry candy. Light in structure with great acidity and a refreshing finish

This wine works best with roasted meats, lamb, good beef or steaks and all types of stews and casseroles, game, and even flavorful fish stews
