La Rocca is at the top of the Pieropan range and an award winning wine year on year.  The vineyard La Rocca is situated on the Monte Rocchetta hill, in the town of Soave. The microclimate in this vineyard produces wines with a distinctive taste and unique perfume. The grapes are picked very ripe, giving tremendous complexity and aromatic qualities to the wine. A golden yellow in the glass, with intense, concentrated perfumes that follow through to the palate. Classic La Rocca aromas of almond essence and honey lead to an elegant and beautifully balanced palate, with notes of vanilla and almond, ripe apricots and exotic fruit. The long finish has a light minerally edge.
