The Pieropan family have been producing wines in Soave sine 1860, and in actual fact they were the first producer to bottle a wine with the name Soave on the label. Pieropan’s vineyards are situated in the Soave Classico zone, from 2008 this wine has been bottled under stelvin closure to preserve the fresh aromatics within the wine. A fresh and expressive Soave, with classical white flower, almonds with a good dose of citrus. On the palate ripe fruit is perfectly balanced by a clean and fresh acidity. Long and fragrant, it has an elegant note of almond pastry. Enjoy with Cannelloni and Ricotta.
