Barrel fermented and aged on its lees, this wine has a deep complex nose of lemon, lime and bold savoury elements of smoke, gunflint and yeast. These aromas continue onto the palate with the addition of subtle new oak influences. The acidity and minerality all contribute to both flavour and a fine grainy texture to the fantastically long, rich finish.
