The vineyards benefit from a continental climate with a Mediterranean influence, creating an ideal environment for cultivating Chardonnay grapes. The combination of warm days and cool nights allows the grapes to ripen slowly, developing a balance of acidity and sugar, contributing to the wine’s elegance and complexity.

The grapes are hand-harvested to guarantee that only the finest clusters are selected. Once in the winery, the grapes undergo gentle pressing to extract the juice, which is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. This fermentation process preserves the delicate aromas and flavours.
