This fantastic wine is clear and bright in colour with aromas of well-ripened fruit, particularly of yellow-pulped fruit, such as peaches and nectarines. On the palate, this wine is creamy, thanks to three months of battonage.  It has aromatic notes of ripe fruit and a lively acidity that invites a long and balanced finish.
