The Picnic Riesling was crafted from a tiny half-hectare at Two Paddocks Redbank Vineyard.  This is very aromatic with floral notes, spiced ginger and lime at its core.  The palate shows great minerality and has a lively and tireless finish.  This is a beautiful wine that can be enjoyed at lunch as much as dinner due to the lighter 12% abv.  Enjoy with spicy, citrusy Thai food.
