Writers Tears is a light, sweet Irish whiskey made using a mix of single pot still and single malt whiskeys. The result is a whiskey with plenty of honey’d, fruit, hints of citrus peels. Mellow notes of vanilla green apple skin, caramel and a hint of oak lead to a long, sweet and warming finish.
