A second entry into the ‘Spot’ range, aged for 12 years, the Yellow Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey which has been matured in three types of cask: American Bourbon cask, Spanish Sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks for a sweeter flavour. Very expressive with pronounced flavours of peach, dried sherried fruit and vanilla, this leads through to a long sweet finish with hints of marzipan and dried apricots.
