Prophet’s Rock is a winery based in Central Otago, New Zealand, and their Home Vineyard Pinot Noir is one of their flagship wines.

100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Home Vineyard, which is located in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted before being fermented using indigenous yeasts in small open-top vats. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 11 months before being bottled unfiltered.

Deep ruby colour and a complex nose of dark fruit, spice, and earthy notes. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied with flavours of black cherry, plum, and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, and the wine has a long, smooth finish.
